I could write a list of cons as to why working here is not worthwhile. The truth is that I wouldnt be able to recommend working here to anyone. The work culture is toxic, management is horrible/micromanaging, and they will blame anyone else before they take accountability for their own actions. They are bad with money and continue to make poor business decisions. They will toss any employee aside, even long-term employees with considerable knowledge. They do not care about performance either. You can be a top performer with numbers that exceed what you're supposed to, and they will fire you for having bad vibes with the leadership. If you do end up with a job here, just know you will not have your opinion valued unless it's "Yes" to the owner, sales manager, or operations manager. They only want yes and if you disagree, count your days, as you'll likely be fired shortly after. There are plenty of other issues/cons to working here, but the list would be too long to write.
