Very driven, clear direction and huge opportunity to earn. The Tapi board put colleagues at the heart of everything they do and importantly listen and act on constructive feedback received.

Sometimes overwhelming volume of activities underway at any one time. Exciting period for Tapi but we have to be laser focused on the key objectives which will make the biggest difference.

I have worked for Tapi now for 8yrs. The company has a great standing in carpets and that's due to there ethos of taking care of there staff. In my opinion its the best company I have worked for. Yes you have targets, but there not unrealistic targets. Yes you have people up top looking at your store, again why shouldn't they. They are looking after yours and there investment. Great company
