Pros

- benefits are great - catered meals were good - great for building up your resume as you will take on many roles due to budget cuts - you can get all the Tapjoy swag you can stomach

Cons

- too much office drama - no appreciation for anyone beyond sales department or higher ups - terrible to their customers (gamers) - support departments were overworked - raises were very small - company morale was very low - huge budget cuts/ layoffs - no loyalty to its employees - little room for growth No appreciation for employees beyond Sales, marketing, or management. Sales teams were treated like rockstars and were literally given metals. Everyone else was treated like a nobody and given no rewards for hard work. Managers were very unprofessional and created a lot of office drama. It was very obvious that the company didn't give a damn about it's customers and customer assistance was underfunded/ abysmal. I was overworked and received pennies for a raise. Environment felt like a frat house. Their answer to low company morale was a condescending presentation with lame buzz words & T-Shirts. Overall, Tapjoy will work you to the bone with very little appreciation/compensation given in return.
