Pros

I worked at Tarams for three years and I fondly look back at the time I spent here. I worked in the mobile division and helped build the team. Saw the company grow from a 20 person setup working out of a house to a 80 person workforce in a proper office. Learned a whole lo here. Initially the learning curve was quite steep as I really had to ramp up my technical knowledge. This helped me immensely. The seniors at the work place are skilled and ready to help with anything. Also learnt the ropes of dealing with clients as there was frequent direct client interaction. The CEO values work-life balance so the company has good working environment. I had a nice work-life balance in the three years that I spent here. Would recommend joining Tarams to anyone.

Cons

I think the work culture could be better. More inter-team interaction and employee goodwill type initiatives might help.

Pros

A small team, Very friendly and helping (techie) people at all levels in the hierarchy. If you are experienced, you have lot of opportunity to play around with your creativity and imagination. Again, If you are a fresher, This is the best place to start with. You will have the opportunity to learn and become a master in what you are passionate about and in different technologies. Flexible timing , WFH,Good Cafeteria..No Politics.

Cons

Nothing I can think off.

Pros

Less pressure in working hour.

Cons

The company showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Urgent queries and concerns were consistently ignored, and there was poor communication throughout the contract period. Despite repeated attempts to get clarity regarding contract renewal, I was continuously given false assurances and ghosted for almost an entire month. The decision not to renew the contract was only communicated during the final week of employment, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, the experience reflected very poor management and communication practices.
