Family like environment, you get to be around cool people and cool firearms all day, the work is enjoyable. Insofar as it is work, there are no downsides in my opinion. I loved it!

Sometimes the 8 hours could feel like a long while toward the end of the day but thats the case with any job really.

Everyone is nice, a generally fun work environment and great benefits.

Tendency towards drama in the workplace, and there are definitely communication issues. People aren’t usually on the same page, which can cause disorganization.
