Being in a service industry they do not know how to behave while talking over the phone.They force candidates to go with them or else they curse like"You will not get job anywhere" over the phone.They do not introduce also while talking. They do not know how to behave & forget about the business ethics. Coming to the major point who works now a days 9 AM - 7 PM? What is the benefit of 2 hr break in work?
