I trusted my recruiter implicitly. The recruiting process was fairly quick and the assignment perfect.

No vacation time or 401K. I did not take the insurance package because it was too expensive.

The jobs they tend to offer are typically simple and easy for most, and they pay more than most jobs do for an entry level position.

The jobs they offer tend to be extremely monotone and robotic, if you're someone who requires a job to be even slightly engaging, look elsewhere. The work is monumentally repetitive and boring, with an excess of downtime once you become efficient. Additionally, unless you work for the companies directly, since Target is merely a hiring agency, you don't get the full pay or benefits of working with said companies directly.
