Pros
TaskRay is a small company that really cares about it's people. Some of the pros are great colleagues, good health insurance, unlimited paid time off, and 4 day work weeks (every other week). They also anniversary bonuses ($1k for each year, every years) and $2k in vacation bonuses each year.
Cons
It is a small company, so they might not always be able to compare dollar for dollar to the tech giants, but I think they get creative in rewarding and recognizing people for their achievements.
