Pros

No pros to be honest. I hope you stay away from this company. I took this role 'cause I believed they were building something. I was wrong.

Cons

It's common knowledge that Taskworld has laid off folks at least 2-3 times. They treat most employees as a resource that can be disposed of. The product has a LOT of issues (check it and see for yourself) and its revenue is less than 50% of the target. This has been the case for YEARS (they laid off folks pre covid as well) This company doesn't really have a future and I wish someone had told me the reality before I joined. Posting this so you don't make the same mistake I did.

Pros

Phenomenal work culture, great people, and a good product.

Cons

Don't have much to say here. One con, would just be that its a new market, so building a consistent pipeline has been slower than expected.

Great feedback! We work hard to keep our culture positive and something our employees love. Building consistent pipelines is a goal we're all working towards. We believe we now have the people involved who can help take us to the next level! If any ideas come to mind, please contact Glen or anyone directly.

Pros

* Remote * Easy people to work with

Cons

Complete joke of a company. They lost 1 million dollars within the first 2 months of starting in the US because the product sucks. They cut their employees salary by 20k and honestly if I were you I would work anywhere else. They laid off an employee after only 2 months of working for no reason at all.

We appreciate you sharing your honest feelings with us. However, we would like to clarify two points. We didn't lose $1m in the first month, and we didn't cut anyone's salary. We take everyone's livelihoods seriously. Please reach out to us directly if you need or want to discuss this further.
