Pros

Nothing positive at this time.

Cons

They like to preach they are family oriented but actions speak louder than words. Employee's are currently paying the price for poor management decisions over the last 5 years. This is a company in decline so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Pros

Attempt of portraying family values and small company atmosphere. While they try, many were forced to work "planned" holidays. While I had PTO, I was unable to use it. Tough life to work balance, though trying to represent family values is better than not. Attempts at Continuous Improvement. Good learning lesson for where not to work.

Cons

Dangerous, low pay and lots of nepotism. Many of the managers and supervisor are related friends and family. Many aspects of safety and OSHA law are being overlooked to make production goals and avoid costs. It is common to hide incidents and injuries. Cuts, burns and slip trip falls are daily. Dirty crowded atmosphere. Outdated cafeteria, bathrooms and facilities. Entrapment hazards/building violations, blocked electrical panels, emergency showers and exits; Working at heights without protection is the common standard. Poor to non existent Lock-Out Tag-Out program, poor air quality, hazardous chemicals are being used without appropriate exhaust fans and limited amounts of proper PPE... Required EHS training is getting skipped and or faked. Emergency Drills didn't happen when I was there, we used real emergency events and called them drills while all shifts didn't get them. Super high turnover rate. Common use of temp agencies. Pay had to be raised to meet temp agency expectations.
