Pros
Good starting point and salary. Different projects to work on and it’s hard to get fired, they move you to pool first in the worst case scenario. Lots of resources to learn at your own pace any skills.
Cons
No upgrades but the standarized ones, only in the evaluations there’s chances for pay increase. They push more responsibilities without the pay increase. Not good chances to move around later and if the project falls for whatever reason you might receive a pay cut.
