Pros is they talk very well because they know they have to make to do their work and as soon as your work finishes they fire you instantly some times even in 4 6 month also...They always hire every employee by saying its permanent role but its a trp...DONT FLL ON THE TRAP
Cons
They just hire you saying you will be permanent employee but you will never be a permanent employee. I was on probation period for 1 year and 9 month as they were not making me permanent ..Lastly when their project got over they fire me instantly...This is not registered even in India...Never join this organization.
