Had a feeling that it could be better organized.

Flexible schedule. Decent inbound leads. No micromanaging.

Terrible management. None of the managers know what they are doing. Horrible owner. Comp plan changes constantly. The most incompetent funding team run by Jill. A lot of politics in the office.
