Pros
Love the residents, liked some of my coworkers. The job was easy to do.
Cons
Management was horrible, there was no respect for the hardest workers. The staff was in constant chaos due to its disorganization, inconsistency in training and unprofessional demeanor of those in charge. I've never met more hypocrites in one establishment.
