Family-oriented workplace, but healthcare is costly - Project Engineer Taylor Power Systems Employee Review

Great place to work and managed by true kind people.

No complaints except relatively low pay

Somewhat family oriented. Steady work, abundant overtime. Relatively relaxed production quotas, much more sympathetic to work conditions (extreme heat) and personal issues going on. Willing to work with individuals when something outside of work arises.

Pay is below average in every area, management, production, etc. Insurance offerings are awful, my insurance cost what my mortgage cost per month. Absurd, and very problematic to use more often than not. Very little structure depending on which location you’re at. HR is next to non existent in some facilities. Production employees have no pay incentive to go above and beyond or improve, pay is very stagnant.
