Pros
Descent pay. 401k. Descent incentive plans. They have a good support team for the techs and expense account and nice factory
Cons
Lay offs and upper management doesn't have their priorities right. Hiring process takes forever. You don't want the job when you finally get it. Management talks out of both sides of their mouth.
