Pros

FOH and BOH employees are the best, most hardworking people I have ever experienced. They truly put their heart and soul into the craft of what they create to serve customers.

Cons

Lack of communication amongst management to staff, very little opportunity to grow although stated otherwise, under paid employees for amount of hours/work put into each job. Little to no recognition for hard work.

Pros

Great hours, no super early mornings or late nights. Management is supportive and wants to see you succeed. Coworkers are amazing. Tips are normally pretty generous.

Cons

No long shifts - harder to get hours

Pros

Minimal side work, no late nights, PTO and benefits package with 401k.

Cons

Cocktails are curated by bartenders - but you don’t get a percentage of cocktail sales like other restaurants give. Staff has lost a lot of freedoms they were once afforded - dress code has become very restrictive, staff discounts have decreased, shift drinks have been taken away. It is tough to feel appreciated when the company is expanding and staff freedoms and comforts are taken away and nothing is given. Management also often dangles opportunities in front of staff but those are rarely honored.
