Limited freedom of choice on the working structure and poor communication within some departments. Some departments operate with its own rules, creating inconsistency across the company ( you might think we have two companies in one). Management often makes decisions without employee input, and suggestions are rarely considered (sad truth). Some employees in some departments have little rest or leisure time due to frequent weekend work and restrictions on taking leave which usually comes after poor decisions made behind the scenes.
