Pros

Thus far, tek-experts has been a challenging but fun work experience. The managers have been very accommodating with my schedule, allowing me to start a second job and take some college classes while I continue to work here. The co-workers are very nice, polite, and fun to be around. In fact, everyone from management to all the co-workers are invested in developing friendship as well as professional relationships. Overall, I am very happy with the company and the management.

Cons

While nowhere is perfect and tek-experts does have some issues, the negative feedback I have seen posted in other reviews is rather exaggerated. As this is the first U.S. site, change can happen daily and sometimes dramatically, but management always does their best to inform us about changes as early as they can, and these changes are not to much to handle. Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
