      Company is always encouraging the management unity. Professional growth and opportunities are part of the programs available. Great leaders. The management focus is addressed to improvement among all the persons involved, instead of the micromanagement philosophy found in many companies with the same nature as TEK

      Cons

      Salary might be not as competitive as other companies. However, it is not bad.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
