5yThank you for your feedback on your experience with our company – I’m sorry that it didn’t seem to be a good fit for what you were looking for! We certainly don’t take inbounds calls like a call center does – but in most cases the best way to get issues resolved is to pick of the phone and talk to the customer whenever there is a question. Being able to manage a diverse caseload is critical in our environment. With Covid affecting people and requiring a lot of work from home situations, there has certainly been no short of issues for us to help out with! Good luck in your future endeavor – I hope you have found a position that is a better fit!
