Lazy managers No support Customers can treat you like garbage and then you get thrown under the bus by managers All this company cares about is customer satisfaction Goes through operations managers like a knife through butter People are constantly promoted to roles they have no business being in

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that some customers can be difficult to work with - I'm sure this is true in any industry. We have had tremendous growth this year, and believe in promoting from within. Therefore, it is not unusual to promote some people into roles they have never done before, and then train them on how to do the role. We feel this is best model to grow our employees - but I can see how it would be frustrating for some while they are going through the learning curve.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
