      The training is laid back in away The pay is decent for a job where you need little to no technical background The benefits are decent if you are a Full time employee

      Cons

      Theyre disorganized Not a lot of communication between the leads Its not really IT work

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
