      Overall, it is a good environment to gain good experience.

      Cons

      On the long run, it is not so good for career growth. Also, the salary does not match the work being put in by most employees

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
