      Provides opportunities for fresh graduates to break into the IT ecosystem and gain experience Fast paced environment which challenges you to learn quickly to keep up

      Cons

      Poor compensation The company cares little for employee welfare and is more concerned about promoting its personal interests Employees views and feedback are hardly taken into account in business decisions

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
