      - The company lives it core values of learn and grow because the opportunity to grow in Tek Experts are endless - The company is keen about employee personal development and career growth - You get to work with great leaders and mentors - Positive culture where the company provides regular communication and listen to new ideas from its employees

      Cons

      No company is perfect there will always be room for improvement, but I think the better focus should be on what is working.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
