      Pros

      Your paychecks don't bounce, you meet interesting people (both on the customer side as well as co-workers), equipment is supplied to perform work as assigned.

      Cons

      The workload is burnout-inducing, you will get written up over all sorts of things that are outside of your control, uncaring and inflexible management, your just a warm body filling a chair. They won't accommodate handicaps or disabilities in any meaningful way.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
