      Pros

      Excellent working conditions, fantastic HMO plan for the staff, avenues for the staff to earn more by meeting the required target. Learning and growth is a big deal here, as the avenues are available for learnings and development. We also exhibit the "we care " culture.

      Cons

      Tek experts must design ways to retain its excellent minds that leave. Salary is not the only thing. Although projects have already been designed to help cut down the attrition rate but they need to do more.

Management has been able to work out plans to cub attrition such as talent recognition, bonus and engagement activities. Your feedback is well received.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
