Pros
Not a "pro", just another "con". So, starting 2025 Tek Experts change their branding from Tek Experts to Teknowledge. We the employees believe that is part of a strategy to erase all previous bad reviews from Glassdor and an effort to erase the bad reputation it has since it had also has multiple demands through the official institution of Costa Rica in charge of work ethics. They are now forcing us to leave new reviews on Glassdor so that they can have better metrics and reviews.
Cons
They have this awful, awful structure called "Tek Steps" in which higher roles will earn less money than lower roles, it doesn't have sense, ofcourse, every single person on the company has complained and feels bad about this. It's the main reason why so many people are quitting every day. This also means that if you get promoted you will NOT receive a salary promotion as well, your salary will remain the same.
