      Pros

      I'm not sure there are many companies willing to take a chance on you regardless of your level of technical experience. Tek is one of those companies that will train you to become job ready before getting you to do the work.

      Cons

      Career growth in terms of climbing up the leader of leadership might not be so defined but the experience is worth it.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
