Pros
Friendly, professional staff who maintain a good level of communication with their teachers and support staff. A wide variety of schools in their client base = regular work. Flexible and willing to negotiate pay and working hours where possible.
Cons
RACS Payroll are difficult to contact if you have pay issues however this isn't directly related to Teacher Active as they are separate companies.
