Pros
- Great ethos to the company and something they don't deviate from. - Everyone's extremely friendly and has been really supportive since I've started - no exceptions - My first day was the day lock down got announced and they could have postponed my start date but they stuck to their word and took me on. - Clear steps and targets to achieve progression regarding promotion - Hard work rewarded, at no point do I feel as though my hard work hasn't been rewarded in both results, recognition and commission
Cons
Genuinely haven't experienced many cons apart from the difficulties experienced through changes in process due to the worldwide pandemic. The company has changed and adapted well and has still had time to help me learn how to do my job from home.
