5yThank you for taking the time to offer your feedback and for making mention of our great employee benefits. We are proud of the work we’ve done to accommodate our team members in this way and look forward to continually developing this as we grow.
As you can imagine, the COVID-19 pandemic hit us, like everyone, very hard. After many steps were taken internally to mitigate the impact on our staff, a small portion of furloughs became necessary. Each furloughed employee maintained their health insurance, as the health and safety of all our people is and remains the primary concern. Monthly updates were provided to those staff members impacted and when possible, employment was restored.
