Pros
- Great opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a late night talk show - Had real meaningful work that contributed to the show (depending on the department) - Positive, comfortable work environment - Got to attend rehearsals which was always entertaining and a nice way to break up the day - Everyone who worked there was really nice to the interns (including Conan and Andy) - Get to work on the Warner Brothers lot
Cons
- Unpaid - Not a lot of downtime if you're in research or clips - A lot of downtime if you're in production - Certain department interns do way more work than other departments - Seeing Ellen interns on the lot doing the same work and getting paid
