Pros
Friendly, accepting environment. The staff are kind and everyone is usually in a good mood. The company makes sure that the guards rotate and get an off rotation every hour. Mostly Red Cross Compliant. They make sure to keep a 1:45 guard ratio
Cons
Some pool politics can get complicated but mostly not an issue. Not many people pick up shifts so you need to be sure of your schedule as they post weeks in advance. Understaffed at the moment.
