Goodness, we are disappointed to learn that you had such a dissatisfying experience. Team Velocity strives to create a fair, comfortable and transparent work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth. The entrepreneurial spirit that this company is built on runs at a fast clip, we are forever in motion – moving forward. At times this may result in quick-changing processes or new strategy developments, that even with the latest and greatest innovations in telework platforms cannot replace being here ‘in the moment’. We understand that our passion and pace is not for everyone. We appreciate your constructive feedback as it helps us to remember to slow down for a moment, assess and reset. Our employees are extremely important to us, without them, there is no Team Velocity. Our Leadership looks to proactively enhance our employees’ experience and success; it prides itself on transparent communications companywide, as well as acknowledging and rewarding hard work.

It is important for employees to engage in open and professional communication among team members and when warranted, we work to foster those communications.
