Pros

- if you have zero experience then you have a shot to get hired. - lots of young people who are friendly.

Cons

- because they hire almost exclusively people who have zero experience, pay isn't all that great. - the friendliness doesn't hide the fact that everyone who isn't upper management hates being there. - turnover is pretty bad. - the shine of the company wears off fairly quickly.
