Pros
I get a paycheck and benefits (but you only have 1 option for medical insurance which is expensive and not that great)
Cons
The leads have no patience for your questions and will give attitude and talk to you as if you are stupid. They say this role is entry-level but expect you to come into it understanding everything about SEO. There is NO formal training process, they start you the first-week reading articles and watching videos (one of which had the director flirting on a webinar with the host of the webinar it was very uncomfy). And then from there, I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my team lead or anyone else to reach out to me to get me started on work. He did not do any sort of thorough training with me, he showed me where the google drive is and told me to either google things or check there. After reviewing docs in there I noticed that the instruction docs are either outdated or do not have complete steps in them so I was unable to figure out how to do things. In the time I was here (6 months or so) I had reached out to go over things I have been confused about and hopped on Zoom calls and the lead makes it impossible to get a word or question in as we go over everything which adds more to my misunderstanding of things. I have never seen such a lack of training for new employees. I could go on but ultimately do not apply here unless you already know everything about automotive SEO... there is a reason for the high turnover rates.
