Also the work atmosphere is good, there is team spirit, the people are nice and we like to have fun, plenty of after hours time together! The managers are doing a good job, they recognise your work and they are open for suggestions to improve things, it's a thrilling and vibrant environment, where you feel your opinion and ideas matters. From some years ago the company is experiencing a fast growth, and you can feel that there are things to be improved, like the career plan, lots of new people coming in, which requires some adjustment time.
