Pros
I've been working there during 7 months (still working) as a Fullstack Software Developer (more focused on front-end) and until now I just can say positive things, of course it always could be better, but sincerely, in comparison with other companies I've worked before, TeamCMP wins by far. In general is a very open minded company, international and with many interesting perks for the employees, like free lunchs, language classes or team activities (despite now with the Covid lockdown the situation is a bit weird). The company structure is quite horizontal in terms of social interactions and the people is always kind and polite (at least based on my experience) and in general the company puts effort to care about the employees. Since started this pandemic the majority of employees are working 100% remote, which I personally prefer because I feel more comfortable and productive, but we also can go to the office for some special circumstances if we want to. Regarding the salary, I think is quite attractive, at least for my profession and considering Spanish average from my perspective, but you can negotiate it depending on your experience, in my case I had an unexpected raise of my salary six months after landing, it wasn't too much, but a great surprise. Well as I said, from my experience and as a Software Developer I think that is a good place to work and I would recommend to join if you have a chance.
Cons
Maybe the current situation of this pandemic is making things harder, specially for social interactions, but I think this is happening everywhere, so regardless that I can't say too much relevant.
