Pros

Quiet work environment with friendly and helpful employees. Clients were generally very helpful and knowledgeable if employees were unavailable. Lots of available resources. Paid training - plus reimbursed travel. Great for individuals who are looking to work independently and willing to maintain work ethic and become an expert at the job.

Cons

Very little feedback from management on work quality. Only received harsh feedback when things went wrong or mistakes were made, no steps were discussed to prevent future mistakes. Not great for individuals who are looking for a chatty/collaborating work environment and want to grow internally. No face-to-face customer service, yet dress-code was reinforced several times.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability
