Coding department - Anonymous employee TeamHealth Employee Review

As another review stated, internal promotions are difficult to obtain. I have worked here for 8+ years with an impeccable record and consistently above-average evaluations. I have expressed my desire to grow within the company to management, and yet, less-experienced employees are promoted without the the jobs being posted or offered to existing members of the department.
