I have a great manager and team that I work with. Most interaction with other departments is great.
Cons
Upper management has no clue what it takes to get the job done. The do not seem to care about the relationships we have to build with clinicians and facilities. They have no idea how much of what we do impacts a positive impact and removing people just to satisfy the bottom line strains those positive connections.
