Pros

The people I worked with were hard working and knowledgable.

Cons

Management is more interested in quick, questionable fixes and closing tickets rather than actually helping customers. Management will also do everything they can to screw employees. The office is a mess. It looks and feels like squatting in an abandoned building.

Pros

Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

Cons

There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

Pros

The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Cons

The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
