Pros

Working at Teamed has been a genuinely positive experience. The team is kind and supportive, which makes day-to-day work feel lighter ☺️. It’s the kind of place where people help each other out, and you’re not just a number. There’s been plenty of opportunity for me to take on new responsibilities and grow in my role. While things aren’t always perfectly structured (it’s still a growing company), I wasn’t an expert in the EOR industry when I joined , and I’ve really appreciated the trust and flexibility I’ve been given to figure things out and make improvements along the way.

Cons

Some processes are still evolving, which can make onboarding or cross-team collaboration a bit bumpy at times .. though the upside is that you can actively contribute to improving them. The fast pace and shifting priorities can feel like a lot if you prefer a highly structured environment , but the flexibility also means you have a lot of control over how you plan your day.

Pros

I joined Teamed as the Marketing Lead and was given full ownership to shape the brand, build the messaging, and grow the business. It’s an empowering environment where trust is key, you’re hired for your strengths and given space to deliver. The people are what make it, and I'm not talking about any ‘big family’ clichés here, just a strong, collaborative team who care about doing good work together. The mission is meaningful, the focus on human touch is key, and I had the chance to work with the team to 3x ARR during my time there. That kind of impact is rare.

Cons

For me personally, I reached a point where I was ready for the next stage in my career, and the company couldn’t offer that growth at the time.
