Terrible workplace - Recruiter Teamrecruiter.com Employee Review

I had a horrible experience working at this company. They not only bully their employees but also mistreat candidates. More than once, a "top" business development executive was looking down on all job seekers who were new to Canada, mocking them and judging them as not worthy. She yelled at people on the phone, thinking that she was coaching them. I find this very sad and unacceptable! I am Canadian and proud of being born in this diverse country. She made the firm and the recruiting profession look really bad. The management did nothing to stop her and kept awarding her commissions. I felt miserable working here. Team Recruiter is nothing about teamwork or collaboration.
