Great product, small company, decent reputation.

Owner is myopic in how sales and distribution are managed. Owner is greedy and does not pay bonuses as promised. Owner is an engineer that thinks he's a salesman. Will not take advice or criticism at all.

- Average salary. - Good bonus. - Lots of opportunity to learn. - Can get lots of technical knowledge.

- No encouragement or help from seniors, you are on your own. - Small company but too much politics. - Always, misguided , even for the primary requirement of the Product. - Directly Opposite expectation for the product development, within the same time slot , by primarily responsible staff. - Requirement of product development changes even two time a day by different persons.And at the end both expect different result. - Worst Management.
