      No hierarchy, Just managed by two people. no work culture, Saturday working. Micro Management at peak. Better not to join this company.

      It was great to be a part of a firm that is constantly seeking new ways to better and innovate. Definitely kept things interesting!

      Cons

      Rapid evolution often necessitated immediate changes to plans. I wish there were more designated quiet areas for focused work.

      The "hiring" process was exceptionally quick.... Alarmingly so...

      I never once got paid on time, nor was I ever paid accurately.
