Lack of Support and Communication: One of the most glaring issues with TechArmy LLC is their complete lack of support for their employees once they are placed with clients. From the moment you start an assignment, you are essentially on your own. The agency rarely, if ever, checks in to see how you are adjusting to the new position or if there are any concerns that need to be addressed. Their primary concern seems to be appeasing the client rather than ensuring their own employees are satisfied and supported.
