Company that cares about employees and appreciates feedback. Create interesting products that are used throughout the world. Working with small/medium, international company creates opportunities to travel and experience other cultures. In the past has felt like a lot of managers but seems to be simplifying leadership structure. Continuous improvement to improve communications between departments and hire more staff. Push work-life balance and unlike other companies, actually live by the core values vs. just put them on a website.
Cons
Like most companies could use more employees to spread workload and improve products. Can be challenging working with multiple time zones- you are either up very early or stay late depending on meetings. Typical growing pains as company has expanded significantly in recent years. Company is owned by VC firm so while it is a great place to work now, the culture, roles and "small size feel" could change in an instant. It could be the same, or very different, depending on who the next purchaser is. Not a con, just something to be aware of as it remains top of mind for many who currently enjoy the impressive benefits and great culture.
